The service
Inbox Decay checks and monitors the email-sending setup of domains you control, and offers free DNS-based checker tools. You may only add domains you own or are authorized to manage, and only send test emails from accounts you're authorized to use.
Accounts & plans
The free plan is free indefinitely. Paid plans bill through Stripe monthly or annually, can be changed or cancelled any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Allowances (senders, checks, AI actions) are as described on the pricing page.
Fair use
Don't use the service or the free tools to check domains at automated scale, resell results, probe infrastructure you don't control, or interfere with the service. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts that abuse it.
What we promise — and don't
We check what can be verified from the outside, honestly. We do not and cannot guarantee inbox placement: mailbox providers make their own decisions based on signals nobody outside can fully see. Verdicts, scores and AI-generated fixes are our best assessment, provided as-is; you apply changes to your DNS at your own judgment. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms — material changes are announced by email to account holders. You can delete your account any time; we can terminate accounts that break these terms. Questions: support@inboxdecay.com.
